Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

NuRange Coffee can only ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses via USPS. FedEx and UPS do not deliver to these type of boxes or addresses. 

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

NuRange Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

NuRange Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Non-Contiguous States Shipping Policy

Alaska and Hawaii and all other offshore insular areas, such as American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not included in Free shipment costs. Orders to these areas will require a separate charge to cover extra costs or will be eligible for a full refund if the customer denies the extra charges.

NuRange Coffee's Subscriptions Policy

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
